I thought this pump was going to suck all the air out, but it didn't. That didnt make enough room.
The quality is unmatched. It’s steady, rugged, and holds up as I fill it up. It’s the solution I’ve been looking for as I travel more for work. It’s easy to roll and stable when in backpack mode. 12/10 recommend.

Very premium feel. Love the bag it comes with. Very strong suction for the Backvac along with regular household things as well. You can tell they planned the design very thoroughly.
The pump works great but the on button location causes it to turn on unintentionally when it comes into contact with items in the bag. Other than that works fine.

This bag hold so much stuff. My husband goes on frequent trips for work, typically just a few days, this bag holds everything he needs and saves him so much time not having to check luggage and wait at the baggage claim.
Haven't used it yet, but it will get full usage during our next trip!

The vacuum does not work well. It doesn’t hold a charge. And even after it has been charged I attempt to turn it on and it does not turn on right away. I have to keep pushing the on button to try to get it to work. When it finally turns on it does not do a good job of shrinking the back and taking out all of the air
I thought it would be more powerful as it doesn't take all of the air out as advertised.
The nozzles and different attachments are initially confusing, but find the right one and the pump works well

It just doesn’t work like you guys show on your Instagram. Very disappointed unless we have a faulty one.
I expected the backvac to compress more than it does. The vacuum button is slightly finicky. But I did enjoy using it for my trip. The backpack itself is made with high quality materials. I love the build and quality of it. You can tell by the weight alone. But not too cumbersome to carry around. Overall, I would recommend the backpack.
