The backpack was broken, try to call them them to make a replacement they were no help don’t I recommend
didn’t like it very much because I waited almost three weeks for my Backvac. :/
The zippers are poor quality as I bought the bag for carry on use on holiday and one already broke after 3 weeks. I’m careful with everything I own and this was disappointing. I fear that the rest of the bag might have issues now.

When I placed my order before Thanksgiving I expected it to arrive in time for my scheduled Amtrak departure on Wednesday December 6. I expressed my concern and paid for expedited shipping. It was supposed to arrive on that Tuesday. It did not. It arrived on Wednesday during the day sometime after I left to catch the train early that morning. My neighbor placed the box in my garage. When I came home a week later I found the box damaged and taped up. I never opened the box. I contacted Customer service at Backvac who issued me a return label and I sent the box back unopened. I was issued a refund for the item and was told they were contacting UPS about getting the refund for their failure to ship the box to me on time. I am still waiting for Backvac Customer Service to refund me the shipping charges. I am convinced that the damage to the box identifies their (UPS) failure in their shipping function to ship the box on time. The damage to the box and their repair to the damaged box likely led to the shipping delay. And I understand it is their policy to refund the costs of shipping if they fail to ship on time. I understand that even though I paid for the expedited shipping, UPS considers Backvac their customer as Backvac paid UPS with the money I gave them. I was told that Backvac was contacting UPS about the delay and the damage to the box and to appeal for the refund. The passage of more than a month tells me that Backvac has either not approached UPS, or given up or just forgot about it expecting I would forget about it too. -David Johnson
I just used it for a plane trip to San Jose Puerto Rico and then a 7 day cruise I did get more in it than I could a normal backpack but it still had to go into the over head no way it would have fit under my seat. A shorter trip might have made it LOL. It did a great job Thanks

Takes way too long to come. Pls order 3 months in advance. Bag is quite sturdy but rigid so can’t stuff cold wear into it. For the price I pay, I can get better ones on SHEIN and tik tok. No kidding
It took some time to get to me, but I had a response when I emailed. And after the unboxing, everything seems to be in order and working for now.
Overall love the backpack. It’s a little heavier than I thought it would be and the suction is not quite as strong as I thought it would be, but still like it overall.
Initial shipping went missing. Friendly Customer Service, but the second delivery suffered over a month-long delay
My grandson loves his Backvac!
More timely delivery and a more durable shipping container needed. There was a tear in the plastic envelope the back vac came in which caused a small scrape on the item itself.
