How To Return Your Order:

Do not return item(s) prior to approval or prior to reviewing our entire 30-day return policy. We do not accept used products for return.

We do NOT provide free return labels under any circumstance.

1. Download our return form HERE and include it in your package.

2. Pack your order: Ensure all items are securely packed in the original packaging with all tags included.

3. Email us at hello@mybackvac.com with the reason for your return and your filled out Return Form (US & International).

4. Put in the subject: Return: [Order Number]

5. Save your tracking number and provide it to us so we can ensure the item has been delivered.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance in the case of damage, theft, or lost packages during the return.

6. Send your package to our return address using a reliable and trackable service (we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during returns):

Als u een product wilt retourneren dat is geleverd en u de bestelling frauduleus heeft teruggedraaid bij uw bank onder valse voorwendsels, neem dan contact met ons op via legal@mybackvac.com for Retourinformatie. Houd er rekening mee dat we ook maar mensen zijn en begrijpen dat dingen niet altijd lukken. Neem vooraf contact op met ons team om de retourzending te regelen, anders wordt dit beschouwd als winkeldiefstal. Alle bestellingen die via een chargeback zijn teruggestuurd, moeten binnen 30 dagen na de chargeback worden geretourneerd. geen uitzondering.
