The backvac's are nice, durable. The straps do rub when the chest strap is clipped. when they are full it's hard to access the very back (large) pocket without taking a bunch of things out. The inside zip vac pocket is very hard to open and close properly without feeling like it's going to break. Love the smaller inside pockets as they do fit a lot. The hidden pocket is nice. When completely full it's hard to get it in the overhead bin. The side zipper makes it to big so it has to stay zipped. Can't extend it. I just wish it had stowaway wheels.
This purchase was worth the money. My wife and I both own one of the black and pastel blue. We use it on every flight works perfect for our personal baggage. Great for skipping baggage claim and getting right off the plane to the cab. Funny story our flight was delayed so we were on crunch time for dinner, and luckily because we went personal and carryon only we didnt have to wait in line or anything so we made it to dinner with a few minutes to spare even post gate delays

Nice look and color, seems durable, took it to Europe for two weeks, haven’t used the vacuum feature yet. It is very heavy empty for a backpack, not feasible to take out for the day with basic supplies - water bottles, baseball cap, sweatshirt, etc… If it is marketed solely as an alternative travel suitcase, then it is great, but I haven’t been able to rationalize a day-to-day functionality usage.

Customer support was excellent, worked for a 2 week trip to Europe for me. This was the only bag I brought, holding 12 shirts, 8 pairs of pants, 6 dresses, my laptop, makeup kit, 6 pairs of shoes/heels, 2 sweatshirts, and a few other necessities. worked perfectly for me and probably couldve held more. Also, it has a detachable shoulder strap which I found very handy. I bought the one with wheels as well which was great for versatility at the airport! Either way 10/10 would recommend this bag to anyone that overpacks or loves traveling.
This bag is seriously so convenient. I love how spacious it is while still being easy to carry around. The material has a really nice feel to it, and the bag itself looks sleek and expensive. The Bacvac was used by my friend and myself for the first time on a trip to Croatia. Upon return to the US one of the Backvacs side clips was broken off leaving straps just hanging while traveling around the luggage carousel. I was glad the strap did not get caught in it. I am disappointed it broke on the very first trip and I would like to have it repaired so I can use it again in the future. Other than the clip breaking it was a great piece of luggage.

The tsa lock is my favorite feature by far. I left my bag o nthe seat to go get some snacks from the cafe in JFK and didnt really worry too much about my electronics getting stolen, which has happened to me years and years ago at the philly airport.
