Like many of these other reviews. I had some initial concerns and issues with my order. Customer support literally answered within; and im not kidding, 30 seconds. They literally solved all of my issues within 5 minutes of my email. I have actually never experienced such service in my life. I don't normally leave reviews. BUT I just had to give kudos to the support team. I'm use to week long waits between replies with small businesses. but nope. I was not going to buy, but because of that experience, I bought a bag 10 minutes later.

    High Quality!!

    I received the bag!! Its super clean. Love the material on this. The zipper for the vacuum seal bag on the inside is real tight to open and close which is the only thing i noticed. Could be because they want a nice air tight chamber. So no air comes in or out. I will be using this bag often so lets hope it can hold up with time.
