My wife and I have already saved over $200 from using this backpack… our favorite besides the obivious vacuum system, is the tsa lock feature. Now we can leave our bag unattended and not worry about someone stealing our laptops or tablets.…

Fits perfectly as a carryon on my United flight from LA to Shanghai! doing a little sight seeing solo. Awesome bag. Holds everything I need for 5 days international, and weight is perfectly fine and within limitations. 😎

The Backvac Pro is absolutely game changer. The vacuum compression genuinely saved my trip. I was scrambling unsure if I should bring a suitcase. Found this life saver and fit 2 weeks of clothes and absolutely everything I needed.…
Nelsha H. Verified buyer
This bag was perfect for my travels. I used it as my main bag for three weeks of traveling all over Japan and it got used everywhere, everyday and it was very reliable. It didn't get damaged once and was thrown about quite a lot.…

Took this on my two week trip to Europe. These bags held up better than expected. Easily fit more than we needed. We certainly overpacked and it still fit the guidelines of the budget airlines out here. Great pick up. 😎
Milton V. Verified buyer
I've traveled several times with my bag, from an overnight to a week, and fit everything I needed in it! Stuffed to the brim, it still fits under the seat on an airplane.
Evangelina P. Verified buyer
Believe it or not this all fit flawlessly. As an overpacker this is my saving grace just ask my husband. I use this for absolutely everything. What you see here is about 2 weeks worth of clothes. Yes it seriously fit.…
Lynn S. Verified buyer
…On our last trip we had to “pack light” due to space and luggage restrictions and the amount we were able to fit in this backpack is absolutely wild!!! My husband was able to pack enough clothes for a two week vacation!!…

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.6 / 5 from 685 reviews.
The backvac's are nice, durable. The straps do rub when the chest strap is clipped. when they are full it's hard to access the very back (large) pocket without taking a bunch of things out. The inside zip vac pocket is very hard to open and close properly without feeling like it's going to break. Love the smaller inside pockets as they do fit a lot. The hidden pocket is nice. When completely full it's hard to get it in the overhead bin. The side zipper makes it to big so it has to stay zipped. Can't extend it. I just wish it had stowaway wheels.
This purchase was worth the money. My wife and I both own one of the black and pastel blue. We use it on every flight works perfect for our personal baggage. Great for skipping baggage claim and getting right off the plane to the cab. Funny story our flight was delayed so we were on crunch time for dinner, and luckily because we went personal and carryon only we didnt have to wait in line or anything so we made it to dinner with a few minutes to spare even post gate delays
Fast shipping very happy
I absolutely love this bag! From the texture of the fabric to the quality of the zippers and the amount of packing space, everything feels thoughtfully designed. It's spacious without being too bulky which is great as an overpacker like myself!
I don't normally write reviews, but the product was that incredible. the vacuum feature for an invention is immaculate kudos to this company for designing such a unqiue product. we already own all 4 colors of their backpacks, and their duffle bags, and suitcase. My family and I will be supporting any and all avenues they create for product lines, top notch
brought this to tijuana. fit about 7 days of clothes as a 5 10 male with more room to spare
Customer support was really good, answered all my questions and accomdated me the entire way through with all of my questions. I think the product quality is substantial and well worth the price as well
Terrible customer service. Ordered three weeks ago and still hasn’t shipped.
Very practical for travel. already saved $250 this year alone in the last 6 months which helped me actually save money. great concept love this brand, would recommend
Nice look and color, seems durable, took it to Europe for two weeks, haven’t used the vacuum feature yet. It is very heavy empty for a backpack, not feasible to take out for the day with basic supplies - water bottles, baseball cap, sweatshirt, etc… If it is marketed solely as an alternative travel suitcase, then it is great, but I haven’t been able to rationalize a day-to-day functionality usage.
Great backpack
Shipping was fast and product quality is certainly premium. I already used it on 2 trips to Thailand and Phillipenes
The tsa lock is my favorite feature by far. I left my bag o nthe seat to go get some snacks from the cafe in JFK and didnt really worry too much about my electronics getting stolen, which has happened to me years and years ago at the philly airport.
This worked better than I had expected. This was fantastic! The vacuum features were very cool!
Excelente bolso, lo he utilizado hace poco y de verdad que es bastante resistente, buen tamaño y sin problema con la aerolíneas como bolso de mano
The vacuum part doesn’t work nearly as good as it does in the ads, I mean it’s alright but probably not worth the price. Also took 16 days to show up, I got it to try on a trip I was going on and it arrived to my house while I was on the trip
Customer service was great. the product quality was better than I expected!
BEST TRAVEL BAG I’VE EVER PURCHASED AND USED! HEAPS OF MONEY SAVED ON CHECKED BAGGAGE FEES, AND HAD HEAPS OF ROOM TO STORE STUFF, INCLUDING SOUVENIRS AND GIFTS! FANTASTIC TO USE AS A CARRY ON BAG WITH YOUR CLOTHES, TOILETRIES, ETC. DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY, AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE MYBACKVAC TRAVEL BAG!
great. fast delivery.
This bag was fantastic for my trip to Japan. I fit 6 days perfectly with room to spare. 100% premium material, I looked at their instagram before I bought and got a good depiction, but you never know if youll like something until its in hand! And I loved it!
Worked perfectly
Loved the material
Preciosa, practica y de una calidad indiscutible
Vacuum seal held well for over a day. I had a 20 hour flight to Japan, this bag held up perfectly and so did the vacuum seal. I bought a knock off version that didn't work at all, so happy I switched!!
I'm about a 5'11 male, slightly above average, I fit 7 days of clothes in here super easily. For me it was the perfect fit, but keep in mind i have a size 12 shoe, which is quite sizeable. Very happy to have found something that actually worked for me for once. Best part is I didnt have to check this in or pay for it since it counted as my personal item on the plane. Hardly do I ever find a product that matches what I need. This was perfect. If you are a large guy certainly check this out.
customer service very responsive to every question i had every day. i am def a pain of a customer and i know that. but most companies hardly answer and these guys answered right on queue every single time i sent an email in. very happy about that they eased me all the way through
I think this bag nailed every aspect, from the tech to actual functionality. A+ for this bag, we own every color and almost every produyct line you guys have launched. Worth the money 100%, very excited about these unique bags!
Can’t fit enough clothes. Wish it came with an additional packing cube for free to help fit more items.
Really cool concept. The vacuum compression is actually very impressive. I fit more than normal for sure. I even tested it against my other backpack I normally use.
I didn’t like how little room there was in the main packing compartment, and after vacuum sealing what little you can fit in there, I didn't see that much of a difference. I found the shoulder straps really uncomfortable, even wearing it for a short period of time my shoulders were aching, and it’s also quite a heavy bag on its own so even packing “light” the weight adds up quick! You are better off saving money and using seperate vacuum seal compartments in a normal bag. However on the good side I do like how the bag looks + the colour I chose and I do like how many zip compartments there are and the charging feature is smart. But i was pretty disappointed using it for the first time, and would have rather saved my money
Used this for a week trip to Japan. Fit some camera gear, and plenty of outfits. I went for a wedding so I did bring the Backvac carryon as well. Solid combo set.
Worked perfectly as advertised. Fit 14 days of clothes. I am a smaller woman though. My husband who is 6 ft tall did fit roughly 5-6 days of clothes just as they state on their website.
The vaccum seal does not work. I bought 2 of these and they both don’t work. Great concept if it worked.
Premium quality, glad I went with this brand. Worth every penny + customer support was very helpful with everything with all my annoying questions!
This bag is perfect for a week long trip out of the country. I didnt get charged baggage fees or have to wait in any lines for anything. Zoomed in and right out. Worked as advertised.
The Bag holds a lot of clothes. Can fit alot of extra things like tech and etc. also feels great on your Back to while caring it.
delivery was extremely fast. tsa lock worked flawlessly and. i really like the vacuum system. lifetime customer now.
Customer support was great and helpful. Had an issue with my bag and they replaced it with no questions asked. 100% would recommend just based on how they treat you.
Solid quality product. Very happy with my purchase
I dislike that one of the bags has a bad valve and rather than replace the brand new bag you want me to repair it - not a good service at all.
Before you buy
Questions, answered.
Will It Fit As A Carry-On?
It’s designed as a carry-on. Cabin bag rules vary by airline and fare, and some budget fares only include a small under-seat item, so check your fare before you fly.
Does Compression Make The Bag Lighter?
No. Compression removes air, not weight. The bag itself weighs about 3.7 lb (1.7 kg), so pack to your airline’s weight limit.
Can I Repack During My Trip?
Yes. The pump is rechargeable, so you can compress again at your hotel or before the flight home.
Will My Clothes Come Out Wrinkled?
Fold them as you normally would before you compress. Most creases shake out when you unpack.
Will Airport Security Have A Problem With It?
Vacuum-packed clothing goes through security like any other carry-on, and the built-in lock is TSA-approved, so officers can open it without breaking it. If you check the bag, take any power bank out first: airlines only allow power banks and spare lithium batteries in the cabin.
What If It’s Not Right For Me?
You have 30 days to return it. See our refund policy for the details.
