Buyer beware, don’t waste your money on this duffel bag. For more than $120 plus tax and shipping, the quality is extremely disappointing. The zippers look cheap, threads are hanging, and the pleather looks and feels cheap and low quality. Although it is advertised as waterproof, the overall construction feels flimsy, and I would not trust the handles or shoulder strap to support the weight of a fully packed bag.
Their backpacks may be better, but duffel bags are clearly not this company’s strength. Now I’m stuck trying to resell an overpriced, poorly made bag just to recover some of my money. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, this duffel is a definite no, I won’t even dare take it with me on a trip as traveling is already stressful and I don’t want this added stress of a poorly constructed bag.
It becomes extremely heavy when packed, obviously and is hard to carry. The black support wheels thing does not work very well. I was very disappointed with this purchase.
Vacuum seal held well for over a day. I had a 20 hour flight to Japan, this bag held up perfectly and so did the vacuum seal. I bought a knock off version that didn't work at all, so happy I switched!!
I'm about a 5'11 male, slightly above average, I fit 7 days of clothes in here super easily. For me it was the perfect fit, but keep in mind i have a size 12 shoe, which is quite sizeable. Very happy to have found something that actually worked for me for once. Best part is I didnt have to check this in or pay for it since it counted as my personal item on the plane. Hardly do I ever find a product that matches what I need. This was perfect. If you are a large guy certainly check this out.
customer service very responsive to every question i had every day. i am def a pain of a customer and i know that. but most companies hardly answer and these guys answered right on queue every single time i sent an email in. very happy about that they eased me all the way through
I think this bag nailed every aspect, from the tech to actual functionality. A+ for this bag, we own every color and almost every produyct line you guys have launched. Worth the money 100%, very excited about these unique bags!
Really cool concept. The vacuum compression is actually very impressive. I fit more than normal for sure. I even tested it against my other backpack I normally use.
I didn’t like how little room there was in the main packing compartment, and after vacuum sealing what little you can fit in there, I didn't see that much of a difference.
I found the shoulder straps really uncomfortable, even wearing it for a short period of time my shoulders were aching, and it’s also quite a heavy bag on its own so even packing “light” the weight adds up quick!
You are better off saving money and using seperate vacuum seal compartments in a normal bag.
However on the good side I do like how the bag looks + the colour I chose and I do like how many zip compartments there are and the charging feature is smart. But i was pretty disappointed using it for the first time, and would have rather saved my money
Used this for a week trip to Japan. Fit some camera gear, and plenty of outfits. I went for a wedding so I did bring the Backvac carryon as well. Solid combo set.
Worked perfectly as advertised. Fit 14 days of clothes. I am a smaller woman though. My husband who is 6 ft tall did fit roughly 5-6 days of clothes just as they state on their website.
This bag is perfect for a week long trip out of the country. I didnt get charged baggage fees or have to wait in any lines for anything. Zoomed in and right out. Worked as advertised.
Customer support was great and helpful. Had an issue with my bag and they replaced it with no questions asked. 100% would recommend just based on how they treat you.
